Injection Molding Machine Heater Band
Injection Molding Machine Heater Band (Nozzle Heater Band) uses stainless steel heat-resistant plate as the shell, mica sheet as the skeleton, on which nickel-chromium alloy wire is wound as the heating element, and both sides are sealed with mica plate as thermal conduction and insulation layer, processed into various required shapes by forming machine. Its shapes include cylindrical, rectangular, conical, and special shapes. The injection molding machine heater band has the characteristics of low cost, simple and reasonable structure, long service life, beautiful appearance, stable performance, fast heating, uniform heat dissipation, good insulation performance, and high voltage resistance.
I. Technical Parameters:
1. The heating band is custom-made, inner diameter ≥25mm;
2. Voltage, surface load: 12-480V, ≤3.5W/cm2;
2. The injection molding machine heater band is suitable for high temperature and high power requirements, thickness 5mm;
3. Wiring styles: terminal posts, ceramic terminal blocks, iron plug, stainless steel junction box.
4. Recommended for use below 350°C, can be used at 400°C for short periods; adding insulation device on the outer heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared on the inner heat dissipation surface can save 35% electricity.
II. Installation and Usage Precautions:
1. The contact surface where this heating element is installed should be flat and free of unevenness;
2. This heating element should be placed in a dry place to avoid water immersion affecting its insulation performance;
3. During installation, first check whether the installation position matches the heating element specifications and whether the operating voltage is consistent with the rated voltage;
4. After installing the injection molding machine heater band, check whether the hexagon socket bolts, terminal block bolts, and wiring bolts are tightened to avoid thermal expansion and contraction affecting product life;
