| High Power Heating Rod Dry burning is strictly prohibited (if dry burning occurs, surface temperature should be controlled) • To effectively reduce the internal temperature of the heating rod, the gap between the rod and the hole should be minimized (≤10 microns) during installation, and ensure coaxiality • Before installation, clean the machining residues such as oil from the mounting hole, as they will carbonize after heating, affecting heat conduction capability; • Before maintenance, disconnect the power supply and wait until the heating tube temperature drops to room temperature before proceeding • If exposed to air for a long time, insulation value may decrease due to moisture absorption.
