Bolts heating rod and DC cabinet features: To meet the needs of loading and unloading bolts in high, medium and low pressure cylinders of steam turbines and improve work efficiency, our company has developed two series and more than 10 varieties of bolt heating devices. The DJ22-1 steam turbine bolt low-voltage heating device has been used by many power plants. It is safe, reliable, easy to operate, long service life, good effect, and popular among users. The DJ22-1 DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet is used with DC bolt heaters. It has the advantages of stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0~220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, safety and reliability. Usage precautions: 1. The control cabinet shell must be reliably grounded. 2. The phase and neutral wires between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be correctly connected, and misconnection is strictly prohibited. 3. When installing or removing the bolt heater, the power switch must be turned off. For DJ22-1 series control cabinets, the voltage adjustment and indication should be at the minimum position; the DJ22-1 low-voltage control cabinet is strictly prohibited from voltage shifting with load. 4. When connecting loads, pay attention to the balance between the three phases. 5. If the connector is damaged, it must be replaced with the original specification. 6. The special bolt heater needs to be manufactured according to the specific geometric dimensions of the bolt. When ordering, please provide: a. bolt outer diameter; b. bolt outer diameter; c. total bolt length; d. nut length; e. the heating control cabinet used. Model specifications and parameters are as per the table below: Approved by the Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry of the People's Republic of China on 1988-07-20, implemented on 1989-07-01. Note 1: The parameters listed in this table are applicable to bolts with center hole diameter d=22.6±0.2mm. For bolts not conforming to the center hole diameter and specifications listed, the parameters shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer. Note 2: The surface power density of the electric heaters listed in this table is 8-11W/cm². Raw materials for electric heaters shall meet the following requirements: ① The composition of insulating material magnesium oxide shall comply with HG3-1294-80 "Magnesium Oxide"; ② Magnesium oxide must be dried before use; ③ The heating material used in the electric heater is 0Cr27A17Mo2 high resistance electric heating alloy wire, with working temperature of 400°C, technical requirements according to GB1234 "High Resistance Electric Heating Alloy"; ④ The protective tube material for the electric heater is 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant stainless steel tube, technical requirements according to YB804 "Stainless Acid-Resistant Steel Seamless Tube"; other materials shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user; ⑤ The protective tube for the electric heater shall be deburred internally, cleaned with gasoline or kerosene, and dried before use. 2. Finished electric heaters shall meet the following requirements: ① Rated working voltage of the electric heater is 220±20V, DC 100V, low voltage 50V; ② For insertion length within 1m, the straightness of the center line shall not exceed φ0.3mm; for insertion length between 1-2m, the straightness shall not exceed φ0.4mm; ③ The diameter deviation of the insertion part is -0.20mm/-0.50mm; ④ The length deviation of the insertion part is ±5mm, the heating length deviation is ±5mm, and the bottom cold end length is 25-30mm; ⑤ The electric heater shall heat evenly during use, and local overheating is not allowed. (2) During the life test of the electric heater, each heating time is 10-20min. Under intermittent heating conditions, with the total gap between the bolt center hole and the outer diameter of the electric heater being 0.8-1.3mm, the cumulative life shall not be less than 50h. (3) The connection between the alloy resistance wire and the lead wire shall be firm and reliable, without looseness. The shell must be well grounded. (4) After cold drawing and tube reduction, the steel tube of the electric heater shall be inspected by dye penetrant or a magnifying glass of 5x or more, and there shall be no cracks or other defects. Tube reduction shall be one-way forming. (5) The sealing at the cold end of the electric heater shall be tight to prevent moisture from entering and damaging the insulation. (6) After the electric heater is manufactured, after one and a half months, measure its insulation resistance at room temperature with a 500V megohmmeter (manufacturing...
