I. Purpose and Features
To meet the needs of loading and unloading bolts in high, medium, and low-pressure cylinders of steam turbines and improve work efficiency, our company has developed two series with over 10 varieties of bolt heating devices. The DJ22-23 steam turbine bolt low-voltage heating device has been used by many power plants. This device is safe, reliable, easy to operate, has a long service life, and is well-received by users.
The DJ22-23 DC adjustable bolt heating control cabinet, used in conjunction with the DC bolt heater, features stable and adjustable output DC voltage (0~220V adjustable), multiple output channels (up to 12 loads), high output power, and is safe and reliable.
II. Usage Precautions
1. The control cabinet housing must be reliably grounded.
2. The phase line and neutral line between the bolt heater plug and the cabinet socket must be correctly connected; misconnection is strictly prohibited.
3. When installing or removing the bolt heater, the power must be disconnected. For DJ22-23 series control cabinets, voltage adjustment and indication should be at the minimum position; for DJ22-23 low-voltage control cabinets, voltage shifting with load is strictly prohibited.
