Cast aluminum electric heater is a metal cast heater that uses tubular electric heating elements as the heating body, bent into shape, and then cast into various shapes (round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled, and other special shapes) using high-quality metal alloy materials as the shell through centrifugal casting. After precision machining, it can closely fit the heated body. The surface load of cast aluminum can reach 2.5-4.5 W/cm², with an operating temperature between 300-400°C; the surface load of cast copper can reach 3.5-5.0 W/cm², with an operating temperature between 400-600°C; the surface load of cast iron can reach 4.5-6.0 W/cm², with an operating temperature between 400-600°C. Metal cast heaters are efficient heaters with uniform heat distribution. The thermally conductive metal alloy ensures uniform surface temperature, eliminating hot and cold spots on the equipment. They have advantages such as long life, good thermal insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. Adding insulation devices to the external heat dissipation surface and sintering infrared rays on the internal heat dissipation surface can save up to 35% of electricity.

Precautions for Using Cast Aluminum Electric Heaters:
1. The working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value; the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 95%, and there should be no explosive or corrosive gases.
2. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; the lead wires should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating load for a long time, and avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screws.
3. Metal cast heaters should be stored in a dry place. If stored for a long time and the insulation resistance drops below 1 MΩ, they can be baked in an oven at about 200°C for 5-6 hours to restore normal condition. Alternatively, reduce the voltage and apply power to heat until the insulation resistance is restored.
4. Metal cast heaters should be properly positioned and fixed. The effective heating area must be in close contact with the heated body, and dry burning is strictly prohibited. If dust or contaminants are found on the surface, they should be cleaned promptly before reuse to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.
5. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the heating tube should avoid contamination and moisture ingress in the usage environment to prevent leakage accidents.
