HRY2-220V/5KW Sheath-type Tubular Electric Heater Overview
It uses a metal tube as the shell (including stainless steel, copper tube), with spiral electric heating alloy wire (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy) uniformly distributed along the axial center inside the tube. The gaps are filled and compacted with magnesium oxide sand that has good insulation and thermal conductivity. The tube ends are sealed with silicone. This metal-sheathed electric heating element can heat air, metal molds, and various liquids.

Features:
Composed of a heating core and a sheath. The heating core uses high-temperature resistant alloy electric heating wire as the heat source, high-temperature resistant ceramic as the insulation medium, and the sheath is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe or stainless steel.

When replacing the electric heater, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the heating core needs to be extracted and replaced with a new one, making maintenance convenient.
