I. Electric Heater GYY2 380V 2KW Introduction:
After adding a protective sheath, this electric heater has a larger heating area and fast heat transfer, effectively preventing carbonization of the heated medium. Since the electric heater is connected to the box body via a flange, the heater is isolated from the heating medium, making maintenance convenient. During repair, simply pull out the heating core and replace it with a new heater.
II. Electric Heater GYY2 380V 2KW Applications:
This heater is an explosion-proof type, widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, and other industries in China. However, its service life is shorter than other new types of heaters. Its heating power per unit area is relatively high, making it prone to carbon deposition on the heater surface. Especially for heaters above 5KW, the normal service life is only about 3 years. Therefore, this heater is not a recommended product of our company. III. BGY2-220/1 Explosion-proof Electric Heater Product Parameters: The explosion-proof heating tube is composed of an explosion-proof heating tube and an explosion-proof junction box. The stainless steel heating tube evenly distributes high-temperature resistance wires inside a high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and the gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties. This structure not only has high thermal efficiency but also uniform heating. When current passes through the high-temperature resistance wires, the heat generated by the heating tube is dispersed through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the metal tube surface, and then transferred to the heated part or air to achieve heating. The reserved hole for flange connection is: ≥Φ70.
